Another Immigrant Has Died In ICE Custody. She’s The Eighth Since October.

The Guatemalan woman died about a month after she needed her gallbladder surgery. It’s the eighth death in ICE custody in 2020’s fiscal year, tying the number of deaths for 2019’s fiscal year.
