A Migrant Woman Was Impaled On Rebar After Trying To Climb The US-Mexico Border Fence With Her Two Young Children

The 26-year-old Guatemalan woman fell and landed on pieces of rebar that pierced her body near the San Ysidro Port of Entry. Her young children were not injured.
