We sifted through pages of Amazon Prime Day offers in search of true deals. Amazon's own products, as expected, got liberal, Black Friday like discounts, most notably the Echo speakers, Fire TV Stick and Cloud Cam security camera, with savings of $20-$50, $20 and $60 respectively.
