What do you say when someone offers you a beer?
Whether you're doing it for health, religious, or other reasons, cutting alcohol out of your life can be hard.
Alcohol makes an appearance at holidays, social gatherings, and even work events, so whether you've never had a drink in your life, or are just avoiding it for a month, the fact you don't drink is bound to come up quite a lot.

But even though alcohol is everywhere, there are plenty of people who don't drink.
And if you're a non-drinker, you probably have a lot of advice for people who want to give up — or take a break from — alcohol.
